3+ years expAIA Colorado is seeking a talented and motivated Architectural Designer/Project Architect to join Hauser Architects. The ideal candidate will contribute to all phases of project development, from conceptual design through construction administration, working closely with project managers and clients to create construction drawings.
Architecture & Planning
Responsibilities
Develop design concepts and prepare presentation materials
Produce construction documents
Coordinate with engineering consultants
Participate in client meetings
Contribute to the development of project proposals and presentations
Utilize Revit, Twinmotion and Bluebeam for design and documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
3+ years of experience in an architectural firm preferred
Strong proficiency in Revit is essential
Understanding of building codes and construction practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Experience with commercial project types
Preferred
Licensure or working towards licensure is a plus
Northern Colorado Resident is a plus
