Responsibilities

Support the Executive Search team throughout the full recruitment lifecycle

Coordinate and schedule executive interviews (phone, video, in-person, and travel)

Ensure a high-quality candidate experience from interview through start date

Build strong relationships with leaders, admins, and HR partners

Manage candidate reimbursements and agency coordination

Schedule intake meetings, hiring strategy discussions, and candidate review calls

Assist with offer letters, new hire paperwork, background checks, drug screens, and I-9 compliance

Support onboarding activities including badge requests, Day 1 details, and onboarding checklists

Coordinate with Executive Support for Day 1 equipment provisioning

Maintain requisitions and candidate statuses in Workday to ensure OFCCP compliance

Track multiple requests while managing sensitive timelines and confidential information
