Qualification
Required
Experience in policy analysis and development
Strong analytical skills to assess funding sources and cost recovery
Ability to enhance accessibility in public services
Experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship building
Knowledge of equitable management practices
Experience in negotiating contracts or agreements
Ability to conduct research and compile best practices
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with various stakeholders
Preferred
Experience working with local government agencies
Familiarity with beach management or coastal policies
Understanding of systemic and institutionalized racism issues
Experience in community engagement, particularly with BIPOC communities and people with disabilities
