Responsibilities

Develop and manage marketing strategies and plans for an assigned product line or vertical market
Collaborate with internal teams—including writers, designers, and product stakeholders—to execute marketing campaigns
Coordinate the creation of marketing collateral such as email campaigns, brochures, videos, social media, and press releases
Support event marketing efforts by delivering promotional materials, event displays, swag, and presentation content for Yardi and industry events

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
A minimum of three (3) years of marketing experience
Prior experience in business to business (B2B) marketing organization
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail, proof reading and editing skills
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
Solid interpersonal and relationship management skills
Excellent organizational skills
Strong research and analytical skills
Ability to work independently or in collaboration with others
Determination and internal self-motivation

Preferred

Experience in specified product/market/industry
Marketing software (project management, CRM, website CMS)
Enterprise software and real estate industry experience
