Responsibilities
Analyze SPC data to monitor process stability and identify improvement opportunities
Support initiatives to reduce cycle time and labor hours in volume production
Develop and update manufacturing procedures and work instructions
Participate in design reviews and manufacturability assessments for new products
Provide technical support for troubleshooting production issues and driving root cause resolution
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Collaborate with internal teams and document results to support qualification plans
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field)
1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment or internship experience in a production or manufacturing environment
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality principles
Familiarity with CAD tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or NX
Knowledge of SPC, data analysis, and Lean/Six Sigma principles
Communicate effectively and collaborate across teams
Apply analytical thinking to solve complex problems
Adapt quickly to new technologies and changing priorities
Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Take initiative and show a continuous improvement mindset
Work independently while contributing to team goals
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work
This role will also be working in cleanroom environment under ISO standards, wearing full PPE
Physical requirements include lifting up to 35 pounds, working on ladders and platforms, and operating equipment such as cranes and pallet jacks
There is potential for exposure to strong magnetic fields, high voltage and currents
