Responsibilities
Build, optimize, and load Google and Bing paid search campaigns
Conduct targeted keyword research (brand and non-brand) and keyword analysis to improve campaign efficiency
Perform in-platform optimization following client directives at scale
Develop and manage templatized reporting and dashboards in Excel or Google Sheets
Launch new Google and Bing campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube
Monitor analytics and adjust campaigns based on performance data and client feedback
Manage Google Tags, UTM tracking, and administrative setup for accurate data collection
Provide ongoing reporting and performance analysis
Execute validation, optimization testing, and A/B tests per client directive
Launch and optimize YouTube and Display Ads
Continuously refine search ad copy for maximum engagement and conversion
Qualification
Required
2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Paid Search
1+ year of experience using Google Ads Manager or Google Ads Editor
Working knowledge of Google Ads platforms: Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Google Tag Manager
Baseline understanding of paid Google/text-based search
Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets proficiency (pivot tables, charts, data analysis)
Experience running and optimizing YouTube and Display Ads
Strong analytical mindset with attention to performance metrics and optimization opportunities
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and documentation
Preferred
Basic experience with Google Analytics, Ignite, or similar analytics tools
Google Ads Certification (a big plus!)
