Responsibilities
Manage a plaintiff-side personal injury caseload through the pre-litigation phase
Conduct client intakes and ongoing client communications
Analyze liability, damages, insurance coverage, and medical records
Draft and review comprehensive demand packages
Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and defense counsel
Advise clients regarding settlement offers and case strategy
Work closely with case managers and medical clerks
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active license and good standing in at least one jurisdiction where the firm operates (TX, NM, or AZ); multi-state licensure is a plus
Strong negotiation, legal writing, and analytical skills
Excellent client communication and advocacy skills
Ability to manage deadlines and a high-volume caseload
Preferred
1–5 years of plaintiff-side personal injury or civil litigation experience preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred, but not required
