Responsibilities
Act as a Product Owner for the Scrum teams that develop the Corporate Risk Management technology solutions that you are accountable for:
Assist in developing a strategy and roadmap to evolve risk management crypto applications to support Corporate Risk Management and firm business objectives
Serving as subject matter expert for business partners and technology providing direction and prioritization of outcomes and working through the implementation of the Crypto Risk application including enhancements and issues
Conduct interviews with internal stakeholders; manage feedback to gain insights into future product opportunities
Function as Product Owner and utilize appropriate methodology to collaborate with development and QA teams to manage implementation of technology projects, as needed
Elicit, identify, document, and refine requirements from business problems to detailed user stories and acceptance criteria including technical requirements
Develop a fast-paced product development culture to create, test, release, and measure product value
Meeting, building relationships, and gathering requirements from various stakeholders and documenting those requirements in a manner consistent with department standards
Work with CRM Strategy, planning and analytics teams to develop and manage requirements for metrics to capture product adoption
Assist with onboarding cryptocurrency risk technology products:
Define and implement product management best practices in areas such as: Product Governance, Access Management, Information/Documentation Management, Data & Reporting, and Technology management
Understand and implement vendor hosted AI solutions to advance the future of risk applications
Research, analyze and process data from applications for audit, regulatory exams or other asks
Qualification
Required
5-10 years of product management/business experience related to Cryptocurrency and risk functionalities
5+ years as a technical product owner
3+ years of experience with bank, brokerage, or financial services
Technical understanding of agile methodology and SDLC process
Independent judgment with strong analytical skills
Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability in communicating with different business partners
Self-motivated and able to bring projects to conclusion
Highly responsive, leveraging ability to multi-task, work efficiently and meet tight deadlines
Risk Management experience including AML, Fraud, and/or Sanctions
Sound judgment, planning, project management and organization skills
Demonstrate business acumen and the ability to apply technology solutions to solve business problems
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Advanced programming experience utilizing Python and SQL
Knowledge of evolving crypto regulations and enforcement typologies
Cryptocurrency Certifications, such as ACAMS CCAS or CFCS C2SD
Experience using SAS
Understanding of technology data structures and reporting tools
Knowledge of PowerApps
Familiarity with tools such as Notabene, Chainalysis or TRM Labs is a plus
