Responsibilities
You'll own the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering through launch and post-deployment support. This includes defining project scope, creating detailed project plans, managing timelines and budgets, and coordinating across multiple teams to ensure successful delivery
Working closely with developers, designers, and QA engineers, you'll translate business requirements into technical specifications, facilitate sprint planning and retrospectives, and remove blockers that impede team progress
You'll maintain clear, proactive communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular status updates, managing expectations, and escalating issues appropriately. This includes presenting project progress to executives, gathering feedback from clients, and ensuring alignment across all parties
You'll continuously evaluate and refine development processes, implement best practices for agile project management, and introduce tools and methodologies that improve team efficiency and project outcomes
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience managing web development projects in an agile environment
Strong understanding of modern web technologies, including front-end frameworks (React, Vue), back-end technologies (Java, Artemis MQ), databases, APIs, and data center infrastructure
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification is a plus
