Responsibilities
Create and schedule social media content across assigned platforms
Write clear, on-brand captions in English
Publish posts, stories, reels, and short-form video content
Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages; escalate as needed
Coordinate with designers and content teams to ensure assets are ready on time
Maintain a social content calendar and task tracking in ClickUp
Track and report on basic social performance metrics
Support promotion of podcasts, content, and digital products
Perform basic short-form video editing for social media content as needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of professional social media management experience
Experience managing social media for brands or businesses
Hands-on experience managing all of the following platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube
Proven experience working remotely with U.S.-based companies
Strong written English skills
Experience using social media scheduling and management tools
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Able to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred
Experience using HubSpot for social media scheduling and management
Experience using Canva for social media graphics and quick-turn content
Basic video editing experience for short-form social media content, including Reels, TikTok, and Shorts
Experience using tools such as CapCut or similar video editing platforms
