Customer Service Assistant
B3ON Corporate is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first line of support for valued customers, providing exceptional service and fostering positive relationships while handling inquiries and resolving issues.

Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Assist customers with product selection and provide detailed information on service offerings
Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism
Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and overall customer experience
Monitor customer feedback and escalate critical issues to management when necessary
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in a customer service role or similar capacity
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Additional education in customer service or related field is a plus
