Responsibilities

Provide information about estimates, invoices and installation timeframes

Process transactions, including check in and out for scheduled appointment

Answer phone calls, schedule appointments and prepare products for Car Electronic installers

Confirm availability of accurate parts for installation services

Perform product demonstrations, prepare remote starts and program key fobs

Qualification

Required

Previous experience in a team environment requiring clear, professional and effective communication

Previous experience prioritizing multiple tasks in a team environment

Able to work in a fast-paced environment
