Start in 2026 SpringFlex is a diversified manufacturing partner helping brands design, build, and deliver innovative products. They are seeking a Technical Program Management Intern to work on challenging projects and support real-time business issues during the summer internship.

Responsibilities
Prepares reports and presentations
Coordinates and maintains schedule, events, appointments, meetings and travel itineraries
Composes and may initiate routine or non-routine correspondence
Handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature
Conducts research, and compiles and types statistical reports
May provide customer inquiries support
May make high-level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company with customers, vendors, visitors & other stakeholders
Attend team meetings and support project work as needed
Qualification
Required
Senior student pursuing Industrial Engineering degree (undergrad)
Available to start on May 26th and work 40 hours/week (in-person) for 10-12 week Summer assignment
Currently enrolled in 4-year accredited university
3.0 minimum GPA
Preferred
Enthusiastic about working in a manufacturing environment
Highly collaborative, creative and excellent communication skills
Previous internship experience a plus!
