Responsibilities
Design, develop and maintain advanced Power BI reports, dashboards and interactive visualizations that provide clear real-time insights into supply chain performance
Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to design, develop and deploy AI agents to automate routine tasks, improve processes, and provide intelligent recommendations
Support the implementation of new supply chain technologies and initiatives
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sourcing, Logistics, Planning, Sales, and IT to understand business needs and translate them into data and analytical requirements
Collect, clean, analyze and interpret large datasets from a variety of sources, identifying trends, patterns and anomalies
Develop complex models and queries to transform and model data effectively within Power BI
Qualification
Required

Four-year degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, or other field
3+ years of experience in a data or business analyst role, prefer strong focus on supply chain
Proven expertise in developing and managing Power BI reports and dashboards, AI agents and/or machine learning solutions in a professional environment
Ability to travel – 10-15%, overnight, within territory or locations
Preferred
Master's Degree
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and supply chain planning software
Strong SQL and Excel skills for data extraction and manipulation
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, especially for data analysis, machine learning, and AI agent development
