Responsibilities

Under the guidance of manufacturing engineers, create and maintain detailed work instructions for production processes
Support production line operations and troubleshoot manufacturing issues
Assist in the implementation and support of MES systems, PLM systems (e.g., Windchill), and CAD tools

Required

Candidate should have a HS Diploma/GED and 5+ years of prior relevant experience
4 years' experience supporting Electro-Mechanical Assembly and operations with a minimum of 1 year of assembly instruction writing
Proficiency in writing clear and concise work instructions
Experience using Factory Logix (Aegis) to generate PCBA process plans
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Willingness to be hands-on and support production floor activities
Candidate must be a resident of the Northern Alabama area or willing to relocate to the area
Candidate must have the ability to obtain/maintain a final secret security clearance if required

Preferred

Background in process development, and production support
Experience with Solumina, Aegis, Windchill, MES systems, and SolidWorks or other CAD software
Familiarity with aerospace, defense, or other high-reliability manufacturing industries
Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environments and lead process improvement initiatives
