They are seeking a Network Operations Manager to establish and lead their Network Operations Center (NOC) in Orlando, overseeing network performance, troubleshooting, and provisioning while developing policies and team structure for growth.

Responsibilities

Establish and manage the Network Operations Center (NOC) in Orlando

Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for network monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident response

Oversee operational budgets and ensure cost-effective network expansion

Drive strategic initiatives to enhance network performance, reliability, and scalability

Deploy, configure, and manage Adtran switching and routing devices

Oversee Adtran ONT provisioning and commissioning for residential and business customers

Monitor and optimize network performance, ensuring high availability and security

Troubleshoot complex network issues and implement proactive solutions

Manage and optimize Sonar OSS/BSS and CrowdFiber platforms

Maintain and oversee IP addressing, VLAN configuration, and network security best practices

Work closely with engineering teams to integrate automation and new technologies

Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing NOC team as operations scale

Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement

Act as the main point of escalation for complex network issues
