Responsibilities
Lead R&D projects focused on identifying and maximizing tax credit opportunities
Conduct thorough research and analysis of tax credit regulations and eligibility requirements
Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure compliance and optimize tax credit claims
Utilize Alteryx for data analysis and reporting on tax credit initiatives
Prepare and present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in tax credit legislation to inform R&D strategies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of experience in R&D, tax credit consulting, or a similar role
Proficiency in Alteryx and experience with data analysis tools
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
