Make outbound calls to pre-registered leads to schedule installations
Handle inbound calls from prospects and customers—answering product, pricing, and service questions
Update customer records, document interactions, and escalate tickets to Support as needed
Follow up with customers post-installation to ensure satisfaction and request referrals
Qualification
Required
Motivated and customer-focused
Experience in sales or customer service
Ability to make outbound calls to pre-registered leads
Ability to handle inbound calls from prospects and customers
Experience with updating customer records and documenting interactions
Ability to escalate tickets to Support as needed
