Responsibilities
Manage and resolve production incidents and problems
Collaborate with development and business operations teams to identify vulnerabilities and opportunities for improvement
Develop and enhance technical policies and procedures, adopting best practice guidelines
Perform troubleshooting, analysis, and resolution using advanced query and programming skills
Consult with end users to determine optimal configuration of equipment and applications
Provide leadership and strategic direction on technology issues and development efforts
Qualification
Required
3 to 5 years of experience in developing or supporting distributed/web applications
Proficiency in Java and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML)
Solid understanding of Linux/Unix OS and commands
Experience with Oracle and PLSQL
Familiarity with tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Glassbox, and Remedy
Preferred
Experience with Python and Ansible
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to analyze Java heap and thread dumps
