Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation
Manage deployment strategy, budget oversight, and revenue/margin goals
Set clear goals, track progress, and deliver measurable results
Align team objectives with broader Oracle initiatives
Drive operational efficiency, resource allocation, and stakeholder satisfaction
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leaders
Navigate ambiguity and lead confidently through change
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Healthcare Admin, or related field
6+ years of experience in people leadership, operations, consulting, or program management—preferably in healthcare IT
Proven track record leading large-scale deployment initiatives
U.S. citizen eligible for Public Trust clearance
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and related tools
Ability to work irregular hours if required (in accordance with local regulations)
Preferred
PMP certification
Experience with federal clients and contract management
Familiarity with public sector or government healthcare projects
Strong healthcare domain knowledge
