Responsibilities
Providing oversight from discovery, to design, to test, to implementation of new digital services. The position leads Product Teams to develop and implement digital products that meet end user and business needs
Redesign of operational processes and effective planning to introduce and implement new services to users
Developing recommendations for required changes to operational programs as digitization occurs
Identifying barriers to change and recommending mitigation strategies including legislative and divisional policies and programs enable and align with digitization initiatives
Supporting evaluation activities for Registries Modernization to ensure outcomes and results, spanning from operational effectiveness and efficiencies realized and cost savings generated, are captured and reported
Overseeing User Acceptance Testing and providing quality assurance
Set acceptance criteria for deliverables
In coordination with the business owner, resolve scope trade-offs and prioritize requirements based on business value, risk, and feasibility
User Centric research
Contributing to the replacement of existing enterprise legacy systems, by: Champion the agile and digital methodology
Defining data reporting and analytics requirements
Qualification
Required
Experience coordinating with business, IT partners, and other subject matter experts - 5 years
Experience dealing with clients and explaining complex data principles in a thoughtful - 5 years
Experience documenting user requirements, business processes, and workflows - 5 years
Experience in a leadership and/or facilitation role - 5 years
Experience in the design, development and implementation of complex IT solutions - 5 years
Experience working within an agile development environment - 5 years
Preferred
Bachelor degree in IT or related field of study – Yes
Product Owner certification: CSPO or PSPO – Yes
Direct, hands-on experience performing business requirement analysis - 5 years
Ensuring data quality, security, and governance - 5 years
Experience aligning data architecture with organizational data strategies - 5 years
Experience evaluating policies, programs, and initiatives using program development - 5 years
Experience in project management - 5 years
Experience leading and facilitating meetings with stakeholders at all levels - 5 years
Experience using analytical and problem solving skills to plan and design creative - 5 years
Experience with BI and advanced data analytics in an organization equivalent size to GoA - 5 years
Experience with business writing, communication and documentation - 5 years
Experience with change management - 5 years
