Responsibilities

Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Support data collection and analysis to evaluate operational efficiency and performance
Measure and validate the impact of improvement initiatives
Partner with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and implement process enhancements
Support continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, and efficiency
Help develop, document, and standardize new procedures and best practices
Ensure all process improvements align with Reser’s quality, food safety, and operational standards
Learn how engineering decisions directly impact production, cost, and customer satisfaction

Required

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
