Responsibilities
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, create purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery with accurate receiving records
Analyze inventory and usage data to support quarterly ordering, identify obsolete items, and improve inventory processes
Communicate and collaborate with internal teams to support Teamwear needs and cross-functional events; maintain up-to-date SharePoint resources
Coordinate and delegate work across Teamwear programs, ensuring procedures are followed and operations run smoothly
Support multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, responding to urgent requests and assisting leaders as needed
Responsible for coordinating cross-functional projects (e.g., Tesla-versary, recognition prizes, swag programs, and FR garment distribution, special item distribution) to ensure timelines, quality standards, and deliverables are consistently met
Qualification
Required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ability to analyze data to provide actionable insights
At least 3 years of experience in project coordination/management or a similar operational role. Project management skills are a must
Strong collaboration and communication skills when working with internal partners and external vendors
High attention to detail with ability to track, review, and maintain accurate records and documentation
Experience managing vendors and inventory-related financial or cost considerations
