Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with objectives, scope, and timeline
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedules, resources, and risk management strategies
Allocate and manage internal and external resources, ensuring optimal performance and productivity throughout project execution
Monitor budgets and expenses, ensuring financial efficiency and identifying opportunities to control costs and manage change orders
Identify and assess project risks, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact and ensure project success
Foster strong client relationships by maintaining proactive communication, providing regular updates, and managing expectations
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and safety adherence
Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure all work meets or exceeds industry and client standards
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress reports, financial tracking, change orders, and project status updates

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field or equivalent professional experience
Minimum 7 years of project management experience in the electrical contracting or construction industry
Demonstrated success managing complex electrical projects from initiation through completion
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders
Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and software. (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore, or similar)
Thorough understanding of industry codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with sound decision making skills under pressure

Preferred

PMP certification or other relevant project management credentials are a plus
