Responsibilities
Represent Complete Care by connecting with potential residents, families, and referral sources through outreach, sales calls, and follow-ups
Conduct timely pre-admission assessments within two hours of notification, ensuring smooth transitions for new residents by coordinating with clinical teams as necessary
Build and maintain strong referral networks to achieve census goals and optimize the quality payor mix
Cultivate lasting relationships with families, residents, and community partners to communicate services, bed availability, and program benefits effectively
Occasionally, as leadership needs may arise
Partner with the clinical and administrative teams to make informed and efficient decisions about prospective admissions
Analyze and report on trends in inquiries, admissions, and census growth to inform strategic planning
Create and implement action plans to enhance the visibility and reputation of the facility
Stay informed on managed care and insurance processes to streamline referral and admission workflows
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in healthcare-related marketing and health care admissions management
Proficiency with technology and data management systems
Exceptional communication skills, utilizing diplomacy and discretion to foster trust and understanding
Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities
