Responsibilities
Lead the technical implementation of the data modernization projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise data architecture and strategy
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions
Guide and mentor application and project teams on best practices for data engineering, analytics
Drive the adoption of the Lakehouse architecture, integrating structured and unstructured data sources
Partner with data governance, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership
Qualification
Required
8-12 years of experience in Data and Analytics
Proven experience implementing and scaling Data Lakehouse Platform in a complex enterprise environment
Deep expertise in data engineering, analytics and related technologies
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and data architecture principles
Demonstrated leadership in guiding cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise-scale data solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
Experience working in a matrixed environment supporting multiple business units and projects
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience
Experience with CI/CD, DevOps for data, and data governance frameworks
Familiarity with enterprise data strategy and data product thinking
