Develop and execute inbound marketing campaigns to attract qualified prospects

Use analytics to define buyer personas and segment audiences for targeted outreach

Produce SEO-driven content and digital campaigns (blogs, videos, interactive materials) that build and maintain inbound pipelines

Conduct live and virtual product demos for software and healthcare services including CCM, RPM, and RCM

Manage the sales cycle from discovery through negotiation and close for inbound leads

Coordinate initiatives across MD Billing and affiliates to ensure consistent messaging and unified lead management

Track and report lead generation, conversion, and revenue performance metrics

Integrate AI-enabled tools only where they enhance productivity and personalization—maintaining a focus on human-driven sales
