Responsibilities

Provide strategic guidance, lead and drive rapid customer and partner adoption of security products by working directly with customers, account teams, and engineering teams
Understand customer pain points and architecture. Create scripts, proof of concepts, and other technical deliverables to drive successful customer outcomes
Stay at the forefront of technological advancements, guiding the adoption of cutting-edge solutions
Present solutions to customers and partners at multiple levels, from engineers up to CxO while explaining transformational concepts to executive decision makers and influencing their technology strategy
DevDrive lighthouse wins while developing and executing scalable adoption programs and identifying and executing repeatable solutions to solve customers’ challenges and help the broader field organization
Develop a passion for educating, training, and enabling cloud solutions experts for a challenging set of customers and circumstances

Required

10+ years in software development/solutions engineering/pre-sales or closely related roles delivering enterprise-grade software solutions or cloud services
Strong communication skills: executive presence, clear storytelling, whiteboarding, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and domain issues; detail-oriented with a passion for work quality
Proven track record delivering live PoCs/pilots and using these learnings to drive customer impact at scale
Demonstrable experience in at least one of the following areas: identity and access management, security, network security
