Principal MMIC Design Engineer
MACOM is a semiconductor company that designs and manufactures products for various applications including Data Center and Telecommunication. They are seeking a Principal MMIC Design Engineer to design RF SOI MMICs, manage projects from validation to manufacturing release, and collaborate with various engineering teams.

Responsibilities
Design RF SOI MMICs that comply with initial specifications, thorough simulations, managing the project to validation, supporting the manufacturing release and qualification
Work with customers, product management, product engineers, test engineers and applications engineering
Qualification
Required
Deep knowledge of CMOS analog and RF SOI design techniques
Demonstrated design successes in high power SOI switch designs
Competent to design the following circuit blocks in Cadence: bandgap reference, LDO, charge pumps, level shifters and I/O buffers
Familiarity with CMOS, RF SOI, and/or SiGe processes
Expert knowledge of FEM simulations using HFSS or ADS
M.S. plus 10 years of design experience
Ph.D. plus 5 years of design experience
