Responsibilities

Review and post positions; obtain requires approvals for running advertisements

Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications

Conducts initial screenings/interviews on consistent set of qualifications

Assists in extending offers of employment to selected candidates

Responsible to process/onboard prospective applicants; input required information in on-line background check systems; verify credentials and references as required
