Responsibilities

Work closely with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and design targeted recruitment campaigns to attract top talent

Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, coordinate in-person interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers throughout the hiring process

Maintain the applicant tracking system and utilize recruitment metrics to refine processes

Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote the credit union as an employer of choice

Communicate continuously with candidates and key stakeholders, providing timely updates to ensure efficient hiring best practices
