Responsibilities

Each 10–12-week summer internship will include 1 major and up to 2 minor projects
During the internship, the student will work a full-time schedule on-site in Salem, NH
Each intern will be assigned a manager and a mentor/champion to help guide them and serve as a resource for them
The intern will design, develop, and implement their project plan to meet their project objectives, working and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Interns will practice their presentation skills by presenting project progress throughout the internship to both site and executive leadership
The Intern will have the opportunity to participate in site training and team building programs

Required

A basic understanding and strong interest in analog and digital electronics and/or microwave theory
Interest in software development and exposure to programming language
Interest in test and process automation
Comfortable with hands-on work
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong time management skills
Strong analytical ability and exceptional attention to detail
Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office
Actively pursues opportunities to expand job-related knowledge
Strong written and verbal communication skills
The student must be enrolled in an accredited college or university technical undergraduate program
Junior going into their Senior year of college, scheduled to graduate by December 2027 at the latest
Student must also be in good academic standing
Demonstrated technical ability and aptitude to develop and work on engineering projects
