Gebauer & Griller is seeking an Account Manager for their Wires Automotive division to manage and grow strategic customer relationships. The role involves direct customer interaction, identifying needs, and leading business strategies to drive revenue and market share growth.

Responsibilities

Manages and grows strategic customer relationships to drive revenue, ensure satisfaction, and deliver tailored solutions in the field of Wires Automotive

Direct interface with customer purchasing organization

Identify key decision makers at potential customers and develop strong long term business relationtionship in order to secure new business and retain current business

Identify customer needs and act as the customer voice at internal meetings

Key stakeholder during the RFQ process in order to position different internal cross- functional teams to customer and internal requirements

Manage all aspects of customer quotations and price break downs

Provide upper management with direction and market trends of products and customers in order for company to gain competative edge

Gain access to all relevant product portofolio key information

Together with upper management develop, implement and lead business and sales strategies to enable growth

Grow market share through expansion of existing business as well as new customer acquisition

Work closely with internal upper management, Engineering and Purchasing organizaitons locally and in Europe/Mexico

Achieve revenue and profit to business plan and budget

Manage and recover costs for prototype parts, ED&D, engineering change notices piece price and tooling

Manage price strategy

Be able to analyze complex customer specification and requirements
