Head of Growth
Consulting Firm is a founder-led marketing and growth consulting firm aiming to operate at a McKinsey-level standard. The Head of Growth will act as a core operator and future partner, focusing on building scalable growth systems, shaping client acquisition, and transitioning the firm from founder-led execution to partner-led scale.

Responsibilities
Build scalable growth systems
Own outbound and inbound growth strategy
Shape client acquisition, positioning, and sales motion
Help transition the firm from founder-led execution to partner-led scale
Design and run outbound growth systems (cold email, LinkedIn, partnerships)
Build predictable client acquisition pipelines
Own CRM, deal tracking, and revenue forecasting
Qualify, nurture, and help close high-ticket consulting engagements
Continuously test and improve messaging, offers, and positioning
Translate the founder’s vision into repeatable growth playbooks
Build GTM frameworks for the firm and selected clients
Identify new service lines and expansion opportunities
Create internal systems so growth is not founder-dependent
Act as a thought partner to the founder
Eventually help hire and manage junior growth and sales talent
Contribute to IP creation (frameworks, POVs, methodologies)
Help prepare the firm for larger clients, partnerships, and funding
Qualification
Required
Have 7–12+ years in growth, consulting, marketing, or revenue roles
Have operated in consulting firms, strategy roles, or high‑growth startups
Think in systems, frameworks, and leverage, not tasks
Are comfortable with ambiguity and building from zero to one
Want to be part of a partner‑led firm, not an employee forever
Care about long‑term equity and reputation, not just salary
Preferred
IIT / IIM / ISB / top global universities
Ex‑consulting (MBB, Big 4, boutique strategy firms)
Ex‑founder, early‑stage operator, or growth lead
Strong exposure to B2B, services, or high‑ticket consulting
Benefits

Eligible for equity allocation within 40–60 days based on performance and alignment
Minimum 1‑year vesting period with clear milestones
Long‑term upside tied to the firm’s growth and valuation, not just short‑term commissions
