Responsibilities
Define and own the end-to-end technology vision, strategy, and roadmap
Lead the architecture, design, and development of our core compliance platform
Recruit, hire, and lead a world-class, globally distributed engineering team
Establish a culture of technical excellence, security, and rapid execution
Partner closely with the CEO on product strategy, customer discovery, and fundraising
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience with a track record of building and scaling complex, secure, and highly available systems
Experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or a distinguished architect at a successful startup or leading tech company
Deep, hands-on expertise in blockchain architecture, smart contract development (e.g., Solidity, Rust), distributed systems, and cryptography
Ability to translate a high-level vision into a concrete technical roadmap and execute on it with precision in a fast-paced, 0-to-1 environment
Driven by ownership, impact, and the desire to build something truly transformative
Preferred
Prior experience in regulatory technology (RegTech), financial compliance (KYC/AML), or institutional fintech
