Responsibilities
Lead and complete month-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Maintain and oversee the general ledger
Ensure proper accounting documentation and adherence to internal controls
Support day-to-day accounting operations as needed
Utilize the company’s ERP system (Acumatica) for reporting and accounting accuracy
Partner with leadership to provide reliable financial information during the engagement period
Qualification
Required
Prior experience as a Controller or Interim Controller
Strong hands-on accounting background with full ownership of month-end close
Experience working in an ERP environment (Acumatica experience preferred; strong adaptability required)
Ability to work independently with minimal onboarding
Availability to start promptly
