Welcome and engage prospective buyers at the sales center and model homes
Represent the communities, homes, builders, and amenities with professionalism and expertise
Guide buyers through the sales process from initial inquiry to contract execution
Maintain strong knowledge of available homes, floor plans, pricing, and incentives
Follow up with leads through CRM systems, phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
Collaborate with builders, marketing teams, and community management
Participate in open houses, community events, and broker previews
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with all real estate laws and regulations
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the buying process

Qualification

Required

Active real estate license in the state of North Carolina
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

Proven sales experience (new home sales or master-planned community experience preferred)
