Assistant Learning Center Manager - Cupertino
Think Zone Learning Center is a fast-growing Bay Area–based learning center focused on helping K–8 students strengthen their math skills. They are seeking a Part-Time Assistant Learning Center Manager to support daily operations and ensure a positive learning environment at their centers.

Responsibilities
Assist the Center Manager with the day-to-day operations to help ensure a smooth class and scheduling flow
Provide a warm and professional front-desk experience by being the first point of contact for families and students
Assist with the monitoring of student progression and satisfaction
Support administrative tasks as required by Learning Center Manager such as scheduling and resource preparation
Assist with local marketing activities such as community events, local school outreach, and local partnerships
Contribute to center growth by fostering trust and engagement with families, promoting student satisfaction and referrals, and supporting ongoing retention efforts
Support the onboarding and scheduling of tutors and staff
Help organize internal communications and team updates
Contribute to building a collaborative, professional, and fun team culture
Qualification
Required
Friendly, dependable, and organized personality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for education and working with families
Based in the Bay Area and available for in-person work
Preferred
Experience in education, customer service, or operations is a plus
Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing one) preferred
