Responsibilities
Compile and track performance to an annual operating plan
Improve efficiencies through systems enhancements
Have sound knowledge of MRP system
Interact with external accountants, IRS, and insurance partners
Analyze cost effects in manufacturing changes, or proforma changes
Identify and report on cost reduction/improvement opportunities
Perform special projects for process improvements
Conduct and report on internal audits
Maintain relationship with our lending partners
Subject matter expert of our overhead rates
Capital payback analysis
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
