AffirmData is a high-performing BPO/Staffing organization seeking a Sales Director – New Business Acquisition to drive net-new logo growth. The role involves owning the full sales lifecycle for client acquisition and selling consultative BPO/Staffing solutions to enterprise clients.

Responsibilities
Own the full sales lifecycle for net-new client acquisition —from prospecting through close
Build and manage a robust pipeline aligned to a $10M first-year ACV quota
Sell offshore BPO/Staffing solutions through a consultative, value-based approach
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and negotiate commercial terms
Partner closely with solutions, delivery, and executive leadership to design winning proposals
Accurately forecast revenue and consistently drive predictable growth
Represent the company with senior executives, partners, and at industry events
Qualification
Required
8+ years of B2B BPO/Staffing sales experience with a strong focus on new logo acquisition
Previous employment with Global and National BPO/Staffing companies
Strong book of business and industry contacts
Proven success selling BPO/Staffing, outsourcing, managed services
Experience closing large, complex deals with multi-million-dollar ACV
History of carrying and achieving $5M–$10M+ annual quotas
Strong executive presence, negotiation skills, and business acumen
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Willingness to travel as needed
