Responsibilities
Conduct intake interviews and maintain accurate participant records
Manage a daily program census of approximately 40 participants
Plan and oversee wellness-focused daily activities
Supervise the Meeting of Minds Program Assistant, interns, and volunteers
Collaborate with community partners and connect caregivers to support services
Assist with reports, outreach, and special events as needed
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in a related field (social work, gerontology, psychology, human services, nursing, or similar) or commensurate experience
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Experience working with older adults, preferably those with memory loss
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
