Discuss private pay account balances with patients
Reviews self-pay admissions for accuracy
Directly visits and discusses financial assistance availability to in-house patients
Prepares financial assistance application forms and information for those patients who may be eligible
Review and transfers accounts to collection agencies
Demonstrates excellence in customer service skills
Fosters an atmosphere of teamwork and collaboration
Performs other duties that may be assigned by supervisor or Director of Patient Financial Services
Complies with Corporate Policies, Departmental Policies and Procedures and Personnel Employee Handbook

Required
