Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Oversee all phases of design-build projects, including planning, design coordination, procurement, construction, and closeout
Budget & Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules; proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
Contract Administration: Manage design-build contracts, change orders, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
Quality & Safety: Enforce quality control standards and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle
Team Development: Mentor and guide project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
5+ years of progressive project management experience in construction
Proven track record managing large-scale commercial or industrial projects
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore)
Deep understanding of design-build processes, contracts, and risk management
Preferred
Master's degree in a related field
