Responsibilities

Develops secure high-quality APIs, and reviews and debugs code written by others
Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems
Conduct integrity checks to ensure data formats are accurate and consistent
Create web-based user interfaces for seamless access to resources
Leverage programming language libraries to generate power point presentation
Develop comprehensive end-to-end solutions that transform raw data into well-presented outputs
Leads communities of practice across Software Engineering to drive awareness and use of new and leading-edge technologies
Adds to team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect

Qualification

Required

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 2+ years applied experience
Hands-on experience in designing and developing APIs
Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
Demonstrable ability to code in Python
Experience in creating web user interfaces
Foundational knowledge of database concepts
Experience across the whole Software Development Life Cycle
Exposure to agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security

Preferred

Exposure to cloud technologies
Capable of programming in several languages, for example, Java and JavaScript
Basic SQL Database knowledge
