Patient Center Scheduling Coordinator
Mambo Seafood Restaurants is seeking a Patient Center Scheduling Coordinator to join Summit Spine and Joint Centers, which aims to become the largest spine and joint care provider in Georgia. The role involves scheduling patients, directing calls, and providing exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies.

Responsibilities
Maintaining vocal composure, answering and directing calls to respective departments
Scheduling/rescheduling patients depending on need, availability and urgency
Informing callers about our providers, service and practice locations
Assist and navigate patients to the correct facilities using mapping resources
Updating patient information on electronic medical records system
Translate and assist patients by addressing needs
Following all company policies on patient services standards
Qualification
Required
Detail oriented with excellent phone call diction
Outstanding customer service skills
Motivated individuals who can problem-solve and multitask

Excellent verbal and written skills for proper documentation of encounters
Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Background in using EMR software preferred
1 Year Of Call Center Experience Preferred
1+ years' experience in healthcare preferred
Bilingual candidates encouraged
