Responsibilities
Be the friendly, go-to contact for customer calls, texts, and messages
Support daily dispatch operations and keep the board moving smoothly
Send appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups
Handle reschedules and communicate delays with clarity and care
Make outbound calls for scheduling, updates, and customer follow-ups
Partner closely with technicians, installers, and the Customer Experience Center
Keep job details accurate so everyone has the right information at the right time
Jump in on shared administrative tasks to support the team
Qualification
Required
Experience in service dispatch or customer coordination for home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
Comfortable handling phones, texts, and scheduling systems in a fast-paced setting
Clear, friendly communicator who stays organized under pressure
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Team-first mindset with a positive, helpful attitude
