Responsibilities
Provide application support services for the Bureau of Disability Determination (BDD)
Participate in the development of objectives for the proposed system
Monitor daily processing activities to identify and report processing anomalies
Assist with system and program coding, testing, and documentation
Gather user information pertinent to the analysis, development, and design of complex electronic data processing applications
Provide training to appropriate personnel on the developed systems
Qualification
Required
One year as an Information Technology Trainee or Computer Programmer 2; or
Three years of information technology experience that includes one year of experience in applications development or applications maintenance; or
One year of information technology experience in applications development or applications maintenance, and an associate's degree in any information technology field; or
An equivalent combination of experience and training
You must meet the PA residency requirement
You must be able to perform essential job functions
