Responsibilities

Design a clear, verifiable growth strategy from a company-wide perspective
Define phased growth targets, key paths, and constraints
Distinguish between parts that "must grow" and parts that "can wait for growth."
Build a sustainable growth model, not a one-time boost
Identify growth drivers: market, product, channel, organization, or capital
Break down abstract strategies into executable and reviewable growth mechanisms
Participate in the design of entry strategies for new markets, new businesses, and new products
Determine entry timing, resource investment intensity, and exit conditions
Avoid "wanting everything strategically, but losing focus in execution."
Deep collaboration with core functions such as operations, product, marketing, and finance
Ensures a shared understanding of growth objectives across the organization
Drives the rapid implementation of growth-related decisions, rather than remaining at the discussion stage
Defining the company's earliest and most critical growth metrics
Establishing growth evaluation, review, and adjustment mechanisms
Providing management with structured growth information for decision-making

Required

20+ years of experience in strategy, growth, or general management

Able to clearly explain what kind of growth should be pursued at what stage
What growth is worthwhile, and what growth must be restrained
Able to make high-quality judgments with incomplete information and limited time windows
Views themselves as part of the founding team, not just a single function head
