Bray International, Inc. is offering an Operations Excellence Internship aimed at Industrial or Supply Chain Engineering students. Interns will gain hands-on experience by working on real customer-driven projects that impact supply chain and manufacturing operations, collaborating across departments to solve operational challenges.

Responsibilities

Collaborate across departments, getting hands-on experience in areas like production planning, inventory management, supplier quality, and process improvement

Own 1–2 projects that solve real operational challenges or enhance our supply chain systems

Analyze and optimize production workflows to improve throughput and reduce waste

Develop data-driven forecasting models to support inventory management

Investigate supplier quality issues and propose corrective actions

Support logistics and distribution efficiency improvements

Participate in cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing processes

Required

A sophomore or junior pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
