Level 4 Control Account Manager (CAM)

Responsibilities
Lead CAM responsible for Material Inventory control CAM responsibilities for Fort Worth site
Perform detail cost and schedule variance analysis and ensure root cause is defined, and corrective action is implemented in a timely manner
Prepare and distribute Material Inventory Control cost performance metrics
Validate monthly and comprehensive EAC’s for the Fort Worth MIC Allocation to ensure its accuracy to the Manufacturing Base EAC’s
Responsible for Basis Of Estimates (BOE) used for proposal and negotiations
Ensure monthly staffing plans support all budget/ETC commitments
Monitor Fort Worth MIC Pool performance to the MIC Base, establishing FTW MIC staffing targets to ensure performance at budgeted factor
Identify, communicate and resolve MIC support labor issues to ensure Manufacturing Base departments meet their cost and schedule commitments
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a CAM or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully managing and controlling production operations, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including production personnel, management, and customers
Advanced knowledge of Aerospace Earn Value Management (EVMS) processes and procedures including understanding of ANSII guidelines
Certification as a Control Account Manager (CAM)
Advanced understanding of 5th generation aircraft processes and infrastructure (SAP, PDM, ICA, Catia, SFM/CAPP) for Fabrication and Assembly
5+ years of related experience and may have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline
